- 6 carrots
- 3 raw beetroot
- 2-3 kale leaves
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Push the carrot, beetroot, ginger and kale through the juicer*
- Squeeze the lemon and mix with the juice.
- Serve over ice if desired.
