Matcha Matcha Man Smoothie

Matcha smoothie with spring greens and linseeds, perfect for post-exercise smoothie

Nothing beats a bright green smoothie full of life-affirming matcha green tea. A glass of this energy-boosting drink is a perfect post-excercise tipple and is an excellent mood lifter. Wonderful! The first of many to smoothies and juices to come. Serves 2.

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 tbsp Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 25g Spring Greens
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed (I used Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts and Co-Enzyme Q10) – Could use any protein powder of your choice.
  • 200ml Water (or as needed)
  • 1-2tbsp Agave Nectar
  1. Remove skin and stone from avocado and mango.
  2. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water if needed.

Fruit including grapefruit, orange, avocado, apples and limes ready to be juiced for a detox diet
