Who has time to faff around with peeling and chopping fruit? Save time (and nutrients) and buy frozen bags of berries to blitz into a 2 minute smoothie bowl whenever you’re in need of a vitamin boost. An excellent addition to breakfast, as a snack or a healthy dessert.

2 Minute Smoothie Bowl

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
  2. Sprinkle on your favourtie toppings (see below for ideas)

  1. Oh, I usually desire to eat something late in the night ( must be midnight snack attack)! This bowl is good for me:)
    I have been preparing an oat`s porridge or cooked millet with dark chocolate on toping, so I might try also it 🙂
