2 Minute Smoothie Bowl
- 150ml fat free Greek yogurt (make your own Greek yogurt)
- 50g frozen blueberries and strawberries (or whatever berries you have)
- Add ingredients to blender and blitz for 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle on your favourtie toppings (see below for ideas)
